The mixed-use project is located in San Pedro Garza Garcia, a progressive city adjacent to Monterrey in the northern state of Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
The horseshoe plan opens to the southern exposure of the street and the majestic views of the steep Sierra Madre mountain range. Consisting of restaurants and boutiques, the lower three levels shape a central garden to create a distinctive public space and a gourmet and entertainment destination in the city.
Ten restaurants –each with their own shaded dining terraces- enjoy views of the garden and the mountains creating a unique character to the place. Located on the west side of the property, a 7-level office building provides additional shade to the dining terraces in afternoon hours, bringing comfort to patrons during the 2 to 4 p.m. standard lunch hours of Mexico. Movie theaters are accommodated on the north side of the site.
Other uses include a fitness center and a 4-level underground parking garage with a capacity of almost 1,000 vehicles. All restaurant service occurs through naturally lit corridors along the sides and back of the building.
